Mr. and Mrs. Potato head... 17 months ago

this is my fourth week into my goal. Go me!!! Actually, I am following a plan called couch potato to 5k plan and it a scheduled exercise regimen to help a person who never exercise a day in their life to running a 5k. How great is that! Like i said before I am four weeks into my schedule and I am doing pretty well. Drop some weight and gain stamina. I don’t run outside but rather at the gym. Your choice.
