Sticking with a few favourites for now

Coriander, sweet basil and parsley are used in our cooking quite a lot so we’ll keep it simple for a bit longer.

It does make the kitchen windowsill look more like a cooks windowsill although the coriander and parsley keep splaying out to the sides and don’t look particularly neat – any tips?

I've got...

...curly leaf parsley, coriander, basil and thyme on my kitchen windowsill at the moment and a couple of types of mint in the front garden.

See how well those go and whether we leave it at that for the moment or start to expand our home-grown herbs
