It’s not as low as I’d like it to be but despite a difficult year I can say I’ve maintained it under 25.

In the last 3 weeks I’ve gone from 24.9 to 24.5.
It’s great that once I made the target I didn’t bounce out again. Now to go lower…
BMI of 24.9 today
I’m not overweight anymore.
Now to reduce it further and keep it there.
My body fat is down to 30% too.
Have now reduced my
BMI to 25.3 from 29
Body fat to 30.8% from over 36%
Weight by 25 lbs
This is from a starting point of 1st January 2006
I’ve been working at this for the last 4+ months and it’s starting to pay off.
My BMI is under 26 now so it shouldn’t be too long until I’m in the healthy range.
