I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never been away with my mum before but we bonded really well and had a laugh too.
I want to take her again as she’ll need regular breaks once my father is home from hospital. Hope she gets the chance.

Dad is still in hospital and Mum is getting tired and needs something good to look forward to in the not too distant future so we brought this foward a little.
My hubby and brother will spend quality time with my dad whilst we’re away.
Mum is so excited. She’s always wants to go to a spa and now she’ll do it.
She’ll also be less tired for Christmas and more able to enjoy that too.
This time I’m taking my mum – it’ll be her Christmas present from Dad.
She doesn’t know about it yet but she really needs a break and will definitely need one by January due to my father’s recent stroke
We’ll have family members at home if dad needs someone 24 hours a day so mum can relax knowing he’s being looked after.
I have one night left and am relaxed. :)
You can be as busy or as tranquil as you wish and I’ve had a bit of both. The food is good, tasty and healthy.
The treatments are wonderful and the classes can be fun – especially if you pick quiet ones as you get so much more out of it.
Can’t wait. Am there for 3 nights and so need the R&R.
Have to leave hubby a big list of things that need doing when I’m away otherwise I’ll come back to loads to be done and will undo the hard work of resting – defeating the point of going.
I’ve booked an hours Indian Head Massage and a Complete Wax experience (not hair removing but exfoliating).
Let’s hope I get them and they’re on different days.
I get a complementary massage and session in a thalassotherapy pool.
Looking forward to it.
Now what shall I do when I’m there?
I’m getting a massage, relaxing facial and a thalassotherapy pool session as part of the package.
So much to choose from but I don’t want to do too much as I’m going to relax and get away from it all ;)
Suggestions anyone?
Booked it today. Going next month for 3 nights.
Looks just like what I need. To get away from it all and spend time on me (or nothing if I feel like it).
Relaxation classes include tai chi, yoga, pilates, meditation and relaxation. All sound great to me. I think that’ll be the most active I get ;)
