how?

i think the first step to this is to find one thing i like about myself. i like my skin/complexion because it is free of spots and blemishes and because i have vitiligo my colouring is unique and i am wonderfully pale. being pale means i don’t go in the sun and therefore will look younger for longer – not like those stupid people who like to use sunbeds and faketan!
