Yeah...

...These days it’s more like 40. But I’ll keep this goal for now, and see how I go :) If I complete losing 20 then I’ll change to the losing 40 goal, for the extra 20.



Recently...

My weight is all over the place due to combinations of tablets. I am counting calories and consuming under the amount I am ‘allowed’ per day. Plus I am drinking my 8+ glasses of water per day. However I am now 4kg heavier than usual, and I have put this weight on in just under 2 weeks. It is due, I am almost certain, to taking one set of tablets which is insufficient, so my metabolism is messed up, and the others have a side effect of weight gain. I don’t know what to do.



Confused about this now

BMI is not accurate, this I know, because every time I find a grid for it, it tells me that I’m already in the middle of the healthy range, which is exactly where I want to be. The only one that doesn’t state this is the Wii Fit. And I know the others can’t be accurate (at least not for me) because a person in the healthy weight range should not have this much… extra :) I’m about 5’6/5’7, and at the moment I weigh 154 pounds.

Well, actually it’s 21 pounds, but never mind. I don’t want to do this quickly, rather slowly and steadily. I just thought it was about time I had this as a goal, to keep me focussed on that number.
