Complete Levels 1 - 3 of Swedish with Rosetta Stone

Now I’m on Unit 4 of Level 1 which is the last unit before Level 2. Really should’ve been more diligent with this, oh well :) I have time now. If I did a unit a day I’d be finished in just over a week (assuming the other levels also have 4 units, that is). We’ll see.

I got marked down on pronounciation, however I think the system doesn’t hear words all that well, there were some words it was forever telling me I got wrong, no matter how many ways I changed them, even if I put the exact intonation in that the speaker had. For example: “Nice to meet you” (Trevligt att träffas), one of the first phrases I learnt and I know I say it right. Also the word thirsty (törstig) just kept telling me I was wrong, and the word for tie (slips). Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to accept that this is a glitch and I can’t get perfect scores all the time. Still, it makes me a bit mad.

I’ve found the rest far too repetitive, as I’m on Level 1, which is very easy for me. Maybe by the time I’m up to a more difficult unit/level, I’ll need the repetition, but for now I’ll skip it. I’m currently on Level 1, Unit 2.
