finish reading all the books I've bought

After I have read the book of general ignorance, and any that I get for birthday or Christmas, all I will read will be Swedish books – either about Sweden and it’s people, by a Swedish author, or written in Swedish – maybe more than just one of those things.

I’m getting rid of the Alan Bennett books, now all I will have left is the Book of General Ignorance to read. Yay!

I might just get rid of the Alan Bennett books, I usually like his stuff, but these two are diaries, and to be honest, I’m really not interested. We shall see.

...started the first of two Alan Bennett books, Writing Home. I am finding it hard going in some bits, particularly when he goes on about people in great detail, whom I’ve never heard of. Oh well.

The third of the trilogy series, so once I’m finished with those I have a lot less books to read. Although the Alana Bennett ones are long, so they’ll take me a while. Oh well :)

Northern Lights by Philip Pullman, it’s going well, I’m really enjoying it, it’s an addictive one, hard to put down :)

Somehow though, I don’t think my Alan Bennett ones will be the same. I do like Alan Bennett, but sometimes autobiography type books can drag a little.

1. Alan Bennett – Writing Home
2. Alan Bennett – Untold Stories (there’s an order to those, and I’ll read them accordingly).
3. The Book of General Ignorance (not so much of a book you can read from beginning to end, it’s like a coffee table book)
4. Philip Pullman – His Dark Materials Trilogy (looking forward to reading these the most).
