Today was day one

I am so proud of myself. I woke up with a horrible anxiety attack but got up, got dressed and..for the first time in way over a year, I went for a walk with my daughter. Tomorrow I will do the same thing. The fresh air was nice but the anxiety still hung on until after I took TWO Klonopin and finally fell back to sleep.
