I’ve started listening to a series of podcasts, including Urban Dharma (only annoying part is the monk seems to repeat the same story every lesson, but it progresses a little), Buddhist Geeks and the Unfettered Mind, Unfettered Mind looks promising.
I’m also going to try and re-read the Books I read last time and write down what I learn.

I’ve been reading bits and pieces on the buddanet website, for a while I read the e-books there cover to cover, and I made notes, but my computer crashed and I lost the notes. Info seems to go in one ear and out the other. Although I feel I have assimilated some of the ideas- such as change being something that we shouldn’t be scared off as its constant. Just writing that I realise that’s probably the very opposite of what I’ve been doing but I don’t how to put my fears to rest. I feel I have some of the concepts at an intellectual level but not at a practical or emotional one.
Other than that I bought a small Buddha and I will be beginning a meditation practice.
