Ack need to get better at this and complete this goal! 2 months ago

I’ve been putting it on my to do list, everyday to drink 8 glasses of water each day. I have a designated cup. Need to check how many ml it uses. Then can figure out if I actually need 8 glasses… So far I’ve managed about 4 (yesterday) and 2 today (so far.)

Should get back to the water and lemon in the morning. Could also do with having a walk right after that, getting me refreshed in the morning.

French film inspired me and I had ‘proper’ coffee and lots of it from a cafetiere…with creme and sugar (yum…) Now compensating with a glass of water and lemon. Already had a litre of water- not sure how much coffee takes off that as I’ve had like 4 and half cups…On my next .5l of water…soo 1.5 so far just another 1l to…think I’ll mix that up with dinner. What an exciting life I live!



Hmmm 10 months ago

Am having a half litre glass of water and lemon, have had one cup of coffee and about to have another (ugh I have quite horrible eye bags and the urge to nap…). Have a bottle of water ready. Need to check how many litres of water you’re meant to have. Is it 8? Seems excessive…
EDIT: And it is! 2.5 litres is the ‘max’ (sort of) think it was 8 glasses of water (small ones)

Simple enough drink more water, not just coffee…
Drink lemon and water in the morning (with coffee)
And then lemon and water/water/squash throughout the day.

-Steps to make it easier:
Find a water bottle,

Have a designated water cup
Keep a jug of water in my room/or a flask
