I have gradually been doing this, so this goal will be accomplished very soon. It seems as if I go months without consuming HFCS and then I eat something without looking at the ingredients and realize that it contains HFCS. From this point on I won’t be consuming HFCS anymore, I will stop eating without looking at the label. I’ve only eaten items containing this maybe twice in the past 4 months, so I’m doing good – but I don’t even want to mess up that many times from this point on.
