create a budget

I’ve taken on paying my bills on the day I receive my paycheck (every other week), rent and a couple others for the next month with the last paycheck of the month. Everything else out of the other check. See my “save money” goal for other things pertaining to this.

I’ve given up on reading the book. I just couldn’t motivate myself to read it, even in my down time at work. It seemed more focused on married women with dependents, neither of which I have.

I haven’t actually created a budget, but I have had a little extra money available, due to the economic stimulus plan. And I haven’t spent it.

Procrastinators are the leaders of tomorrow.

I began reading the book I purchased, but when it came to “homework time,” I put it down… for a week and a half. I’ve finally lept the homework hurdle and am reading again.

I realize that this is the key to all the things that I want to accomplish with this list… goes hand in hand with saving money. I’ve purchased Smart Women Finish Rich and plan to read it and do the worksheets by the end of next week.
