Week in review : Ran three times. Did 6 days of at least 100 crunches. Ate breakfast daily. Replaced a meal almost every day with a salad. Cheated a few times, but watched food intake for the most part.
Plans for week : Run four times and continue to do crunches and eat breakfast daily. Include more fruit and veggie snacks in my day.

I’m on the tall side, so my weight doesn’t show too much. That being said, I haven’t been trying too hard to lose weight and have just been making slow dietary changes (more fruits and veggies, more water, less red meat, etc.). Now we add exercise! gasp
I’ve lost 8 pounds since the beginning of summer! 12 to go! YAY!
