What I know

Of course, to a certain extent I do know how to cook. I’d just like to be more free wheeling, and confident. Less addicted to recipies. I thought I would list a few of my stand-by never-fail dishes I have mastered so far:

Chicken Mabella-this is a recipie I found in the magazine Eating Well. It’s got garlic, chicken, olives, prunes, wine. It has the most wonderful aroma when you cook it and it is almost idiot proof.

Tilapia with spicy tomatoes: This is a very easy recipie I got from Epicurious. Cooks up in about 15 minutes. And so simple, I almost have the whole process memorized

Eggs and Bacon

Curry

Grilled Cheese

Scambled Eggs

Pasta with tomato and clam sauce (oh, and spicy as well)
Ok, lots of different pastas. I mean, can you boil water? I have to say, yes, yes I can.

Muffins, cookies

Various salads
