Slowly, but better none the less. I now weigh less than I have in about 10 years. Who hoo! Now I have to reset my goal. I have lost 20lbs, so now having lost half of my original goal, I do see where it would be beneficial to loose another ten. So I am officially resetting my goal to 30 pounds to loose from here on in. Okay, self, are you hearing this? I want to do at least 20 by the end of the year. Got it? Yeah, yeah. I got it.

So…I lost 17 lbs, then gained it all back in a binge that lasted a week. Ugh…yeah. So now I’m back on the diet train. Lost 10 lbs last week and have just maintained this week. I do feel it would have been easier to find a job if I was thinner. Ppl suck.
Okay. So here’s the story. In my early 20’s I gained a lot of weight, like 150 lbs in a couple of years. I found out later I have PCOS. Over the past 5 years I have been on and off dieting and working out…more off than on. So here I am, going to start to work out and watch my calorie intake. (I’ve been a vegetarian for 20 years, so it’s all about the calories.) So now that it’s written in stone…well…on the internet…I have to do it. Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you out there too!
