Write more often

Well, I’ve been spending most of my writing energies here on this site. (And I’m even kind of behind on that!) Also, I even made a necessary journal entry recently.

Again, I was thinking about writing fiction more often, when I listed this goal. Well, I may need to get my computer more involved than just Microsoft Word. Because if I don’t open a blank page in Word, then I don’t even start an electronic writing session. And the paper and pen approach seems to generate more To Do lists and topical thoughts, than story sessions.

I have another goal here called “make my computer work for me.” I’m making it work on the social networking front, the job hunt front, and the personal organization front. Time to consider making it work for me on the fiction writing front.

When I chose this goal, I really meant that I need to spend more time sitting down and writing out some fiction.

But lately, I’ve been writing a few entries, and commenting on other people’s entries here a lot. And you know what? I am thoroughly enjoying myself with this.

So, for now, I could say that I am writing more often. Just that I’m writing out more truth than fiction these days.
