I am a well trained woman, but the last year I havent been able to keep as fit as I used to be. I had an injurie and have to start exersising little by little,I am healing but I must be careful for a while. I have bought myselv a pilates course on DVD and so far so good… Keep it on… I love to swim, that is one of my favourites. But I moved here one year ago and there are no swimmingpool here.I also love to dance, I just put on some music and dance free around the house.
