It’s a pill I take, so the nightmares I have in the form of hypnogic images are less severe. I am on the lowest available dose, sometimes if I’m stressed it doesn’t work. Sometimes if I’m tired but stressed, I’ll fall half asleep. Then I’ll have a bad trip, where reality gets twisted.
