I did it I ran a 5 mile run. I finished and I wasn’t last. I am proud of myself!

I ran a five mile run with little training this morning and came in an hour and 4 min. I am truly proud of myself. Then I coached a soccer game for two hours.

I have not been to the gym in a week! I may have a running partner though, which is cool. Its so hard with kids to prioritize exercising! I did do some kickboxing, and leg lifts at home. Lots of dancing around. But its not the same. I think I will have lots of time this weekend to make it to the gym. =

I walked about 15 blocks in heels. Does this count? Worked out on Tuesday 1.5 miles and 120 crunches.



Treadmill 2 years ago

Today I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. I did some other stuff. Totally starting to see a difference in my body. SOOOOO excited. I ran on the treadmill today instead of walking. I was always so afraid like I would fly off or something (like in a movie) haha. Needless to say I was fine and I was running at a great pace.

Walking club on Thursday 3 miles and 1.5 miles on the treadmill today, another mile walking. 120 crunches!



Challenging myself 2 years ago

Today I did 2 miles on the treadmill & walked for 2 miles. I signed up for a 5 mile run in September and I have never run in my life! Thats a goal to work toward. I will do something new, lose weight, tone and do something for a good cause all in one.
