I’ve read so many but I think done ZIT. I run so much, always work out, but the fat just won’t go. I wish the anatomy of abs was more simple, like just workout however and it’ll pop out and be visible. Fat, YOU SUCK, and I want to KILL YOU. I wish I can just slice you off, but I need to stop wishing and work on it.
Thing is, it needs both work, thought, and perseverance. I can’t work all together. I either just run, run, run or sit down and think. So when I think of running, I just cancel myself out. It’s really all confusing me and I just wanna get ripped!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
