detour...

looks like there might be an 18-month detour in my near future for some training in law…

too many degrees, most certainly… but being a student is a pretty comfortable lifestyle, and it’ll be nice to have more options later on for having invested in another set of skills…

plus, sun, sun, sun…. it’s been snowing all week… and it’s 80 degrees F and sunny where i’m going…

too bad there’s no ocean…

yr II Int Med...

just finished my year II internal medicine rotation…

and I loved it… first time i’ve really felt like i’ve made significant progress in my training. It’s a great feeling to be reassured of your interest in something that you’ve been working so very hard to achieve…

i think i’ll be very, very happy doing this work…

now that i'm on the track...

all i can think about is stopping here and there to do this and that… a year for research, a year to travel, a summer in culinary school… I don’t think i’ll ever finish my MD at this rate…

but someday, i’ll get there someday…
