I received a new cookbook for Christmas from my sister and it has some fun, cheap and easy recipes in it that everyone in the family will enjoy!
The goal is to get back on the eating in bandwagon. Typically, I’ve been giving myself a break on weekends. It’s fine, because it is planned, but I really want to just do away with all of it. I don’t think it’s unreasonable.
There will be a few exception to the rule. Birthday’s and other celebrations will be allowable meals out (or ordered in!). Meals while travelling will also be exceptions.
Right now we base our grocery shopping entirely on our meal plan and this seems to work very well. So as long as I have a meal planned for every night of the week, we should be good to go with being able to accomplish this goal.
