Breakfast – coffee, toast w PB
Snack – coupla biscuits (these were the sinful ones tho)
Lunch – carrot and lentil stir fry and pot of yogurt
Dinner – I had a salad with peanuts and a coupla tablespoons of wild rice thrown in
3 litres of water….
Im getting better at this!
Went a bit overboard with the dieting and tried to live on clear veg soup – didnt work and I had to scarf down a sandwich and an energy bar just to get rid of the godawful headache. So, Day 3 will be all about small meals at regula intervals (I’ve been reading up)
Breakfast – Protein shake
Lunch – Green veg (steamed) on bed of garlic rice, side salad with yoghurt dressing and clear soup
Dinner – I have no ideas yet…is it wise to alwas plan ahead? Or just go with what youre feeling at the moment?
My sister gets married on Dec 2…......I want to lose a healthy (but noticeable) amount…..
