Stress and a very fast metabolism seems to be an unfortunate combination, for me anyways. But I have been making myself eat something every 2 hours, sometimes even every hour. And I have had a sudden explosion of appetite in the last week and finally gained some weight… two pounds. LOL. Better than nothing.
Note to self: Chocolate milk and bagels. I’m gonna go have some right now.
