Good news: I got my butt out of bed to do the yoga, pilates, and light cardio workout.
Bad news: I remember now why I never do such foolish things—I am the world’s most uncoordinated person.
Still, I’ll probably give it another chance. I do feel more energized…

I just found out that one of my TV channels has a yoga and pilates show on at 7 a.m. Guess I’ll be getting up early tomorrow!

and from what I’ve read about pilates, I think it would be a good form of exercise for me. The problem is, I don’t know how to begin. I really don’t have the time to take a class. Is it worthwhile to get a DVD? I wonder if I’ll be able to keep up with it if I do it on my own …
I don’t have a time frame for this goal yet, but I would like to begin sooner rather than later.
Any suggestions are welcomed!
