I did some things, but not exactly intentionally, so I don’t think of this as done. As well, it has none of the accompanying sense of satisfaction or accomplishment, so it’s getting marked not done. Also, I’d like to thank whomever suggested this goal to me. The most immediate benefit I got from it was being spammed with almost 200 emails about others’ efforts towards this. That’s pretty much the last time I take a group goal.

I guess completing my personal introspection/career course was a fulfilling experience, but frankly I was so shell-shocked afterwards my holiday sucked. I’ll feel better when the new year and the sorting and cleaning I’m finishing with it arrives and passes.

I was supposed to go to a Jpop concert I actually got a ticket to, which would have been interesting, I guess, since I kind of liked the band. But that was the day of a game and the night before my fiance left for a month, so I decided to suck up the cost and spend the time with him.

For November, I went to a class on how to play the ukulele by myself. I fell in a little bit of love with it, since it’s fairly simple. I even bought it its own case. Some of the chords are, I think, impossible for me to play because of the size of my hands and fingers, but I’m sure with practice I’ll suck less and less.

I don’t know about December. This is already turning into a case of “how much I cna do for everyone else but me”. Fuck, I hate the holidays. It’s just a triple demand of my time and resources, with all my efforts going into what makes others happy, and I’m almost always forgotten. How about some effort, motherfuckers? I’m human, too, in case it was too inconvenient to remember.

Going to a Puffy AmiYumi concert this week. Certainly a bizarre experience for me. I’m working on my outfit now. October was a fucking waste of time, so oh well. The problem is, it’s so hard to determine whether something is “fulfilling”. Yuck.
