Someone told me that it is a rift between my positive and negative self. Negative part at the moment seems stronger and is pulling me off doing yoga.
I will do yoga tomorrow.
About one full week of any Yoga or any form of physical activity.
I need to do it till it becomes a habit.
I have practised pranayam almost everyday in the past 3 weeks. I have been breathing well, I have been shedding negative thoughts and toxins in the process.
Did pranayam at 4.30 AM yesterday, actually couldnt sleep after 3am, guess due to nicotine withdrawl.
Anyway, I am glad I did do Yoga.
Did yoga today also. 6-7 AM. Couldnt sleep after 4.30.
Pranayam makes you feel very good, it is stress buster and keeps you away from ailmements. It is easy ancient technique developed by Indian sages for the benefit of mankind.
