I can say that it has been YEARS since I’ve felt rested. I have scaled back my bedtime by over an hour and now that I have less of a commute to work, I’m able to relax a bit more – WAY fewer instances of road rage (yay!). I’ve noticed that my memory has improved (only slightly) and that my outlook on life is even more positive. I have seen my skin change for the better as well as I’ve lost weight and haven’t done anything more than change my eating habits, slightly. Sleep = Goodness!
