I adopted this goal about 18 months ago and have been keeping to it quite regularly. It was part of a self care plan I had to have for school. It was so useful to have my plan/goals written down so I couldn’t ignore them. I have found that when my schedule changes that I can lose some of my good habits so If I have some things written here I might stay on track better. I finish school this week and start full time work next week and there are things I would like to keep doing and some things I would like to start doing. Today I have had about 1 litre of water. So far so good!
