I’ve got a bit a normal sleeping pattern now, generally waking up early and going to bed before 12. It’s quite amazing how much of a difference it’s made. Because i’m not wasting half the day in bed I feel more productive, responsible and confident to do things so my moods are improving. I just need make sure I keep it up and give in to laziness!

Well I should be doing this soon as it’s my homework over the holidays from my dyslexia tutor who it astonishing that I have absolutely no routine! Before I can even get my head around righting good essays ahead of schedule I need a set (but still flexible) routine so I know when I can relax because I’ve done what I need to do. The only thing I’m worried about is that depression gets worse when I have no time and when I’m wondering around trying to remember what I needed to do I waste a lot of time. I’m keeping an open mind though, I’ll give it my best shot and if it doesn’t work for me I’ll try something different. i suppose with the spare time I could get a job (which I badly need) and look into art groups :)
