Yesterday worked on my elliptical twice for 20 mins each! and I lost 3 lbs within a week!!!
Im keeping up with this!
Didnt go to the gym, but started Weight Watchers tho….let me see if this gets me motivated!
I feel as tho I am lacking at this once again…
SO
I am going to head back to the gym and see if that suits me better!
Hopefully I can get a grip and stick to a workout regime!
