Hmm, didn’t eat so well over the weekend so I’m feeling it now. I think I need to have more easy to prepare meals and ingredients around the house. I also need to eat before I get really hungry so I don’t go for the fastest option. On the plus side I have been eating more fruit.

One of my newest goals is to try a raw food diet, I’m not going to go completly raw but I’d like to increase my raw percentage.
I also need to find some snacks to bring with me and make sure I don’t leave the house hungry. Otherwise I’ll get something unhealthy like the very yummy hotdog pretzel thingy I got at the mall the other day. So new goal: Plan ahead!
Ok, today I’m going to make a list of meals and snacks I can make quickly so that when I’m hungry I don’t just go get something unhealthy.
And this time instead of trying to eat healthy 100 % of the time and then going crazy I’m going to try 80%.
This month I want to work on eating as many veggies as possible and as little fast food as possible.
