I deleted believe that I am beautiful, and decided it could be combined with this goal since being more confident includes believing I am beautiful. I think I have been doing better with these two goals, by the way. Anyways, now I can add another goal.
I made a list this morning of ten things that made me happy and ten things that I am grateful for. It felt good, good and positive.
I think I am making a little progress. I am listening to some cds called “You can heal your life.” It is really positive, and I’m trying to see the good things in myself.
