I wrote a letter to my congressman recently b/c I was too nervous to call. Then, today, I called about a different issue! This took courage, and I think it will get easier now to write letters and make phone calls to change things I believe in. Being adventurous feels good. : )

I think I have made some progress on this. It may sound small, but I tried a sandwich at a restaurant that I would not normally try, and it was really good! Also, I applied for a job that I wasn’t sure about!
