in a couple of days. We’re to bring in a food that we can’t resist, and then we’re going to tap around our craving for it. So, I’m going to bring in Double Stuff cookies and see what happens.
Lately, I’ve been working my EFT practice into my morning routine. Instead of writing three morning pages, I’ve been writing one and then doing EFT around any issues that I may be writing about. It leaves me with a ‘warm’ feeling that’s difficult to describe. It’s a nice way to start my day.

I found this on the website. It’s similar to what the person teaching the workshop recommended, except that she suggested that we use chapter headings. I really like it. It was easier for me to list a bunch of memories consecutively rather than divide them by chapters.

I called an EFT therapist that morning, and she called me back a few hours later and said she is teaching a three week class that would start that night, and if I could I should try to take it because it’s inexpensive and she’d be able to give a lot of attention (during class and outside) during that period. I learned the basic technique in the first class and am now keeping a journal with chapter headings and tapping each day on different things that come up. The next class is in two weeks.
