I live close, but never close enough. I want to be close enough that I don’t need a car to get there or spend $ to park at the PATH to get there. Considering that most places in NYC want you to make 40x the cost of one months rent within a year, it’s almost impossible for me to live there. I can settle for Hoboken or Jersey City, but someday I will live closer.
