I was planning on getting to bed by 10 tonight & was on my way when my 11 year old came upstairs to say he wasn’t feeling very good & couldn’t sleep. So…I’ve been rubbing his back, just like when he was really little! (sweet, huh?) Not working, though! :o( He’s had many sleepless nights since school started… too much going on, I think. Oh geez…there he is again! Poor guy. Goodnight.

Not only do I need to be going to bed WITH my husband for OUR relationship… but I also have a son in middle school now & he’s getting up by 6:30 (instead of 8), so I’m getting LESS THAN 6 hours of sleep a night when I stay up as late as I usually do!
It’s wearing me out…
Ruins my day as I want to nap instead of accomplish something…
Makes me look tired. I don’t want to look tired.
(makes me look my age! LOL!)
& it’s a well known fact that better sleep helps w/ weight loss.
(I need all of the help I can get!)
What the heck am I doing?
Bed by 10pm, from now on.
If something still needs to be done, it can wait till tomorrow.
Poor guy doesn’t know what to do w/ himself when I DO go to bed when he does! (he figures it out, though!)
