I “forgot” that I actually made a committment to active stretching & weight training… have been just thinking about getting in the right number of APs, not the kind. I NEED to be adding weight training to be building muscle to help w/ my metabolism & strengthen my bones! My committment was ONLY 20 minutes per day… that’s NOT a big deal, is it??
JUST DO IT!

Well…I expected to be really sore this morning from yesterday’s active stretching (lunges, squats, etc) & weight training, but the only thing that really hurts is my left shoulder, as I fell down the stairs in the afternoon & caught my arm up behind me. My hand ended up 2 stairs up, pulled behind my back… so I hurt. I thought maybe I tore something, I ended up sleeping on the sofa last night as I couldn’t get comfortable in bed, but it’s a bit better this morning.
So…I think the weight training is out for a bit (I could still do legs, though)... will get at least a walk in today… maybe a full hour.
