Work smarter

BP and I have pulled a rabbit out of a hat: we managed (miraculously and magically)to get a substantial curriculum framework prepared BEFORE the baseline was ready.

We have lined up a team of 10 excellent writers and they have started work.

We are on track (if none of these rabbits now disappear down a hole) to get 4 draft modules ready by the end of July.

Thus,a project that was 5 months behind will now be ON TRACK.

in order to catch up on tasks after having been away.

a grid with the units needing to be written, no of sections, words etc.

This is to rouse my competitive spirit and show myself progress.

I would like to add 4000 words this afternoon. A tall order?

Quite a bit of pressure off me.

a young student to do some data capturing and transcribing for me. Hope he works out well.

the exam techniques to today’s tasks.

2. Adhere to the deadline.

3. GET IT DONE BECASUE IT HAS TO BE DONE.

Now to come back to normality – whatever that is!

Have already covered two of the remaining 3 untouched modules.

Deadline: by 5pm.

Then a read through of all the risk stuff. Thereafter, put that aside and consolidate project management.

superhuman is more like it for today … HUGE amount to cover, consolidate,not a moment or an insight to lose.
