Today I did situps... 20 months ago

...long long time since. So, the aim is to train my stomach muscles in some way every day now, even if just for 5 minutes. I will report in once a week on my progress.



Starting to see a difference 3 years ago

Yes, only a small difference, but I have been doing my complicated series of exercises regularly and have quite a nice set of muscles developing down the side- just have to work on the front now…



SORE!! 3 years ago

I did a bunch of exercises on Sunday night and I’m really feeling it now with every movement…

Its funny because its taken 24 hours to become painful so I orginally thought the exercises didn´t do any good! Need to repeat them again today.



Plan to get up tomorrow and do sit ups 3 years ago

Lots of sit ups till my stomach hurts!

Also found my fitball and need to blow it up so I can work with it again.

I did situps on Monday night and my stomach was sore today!!!

Its deflated and packed up somewhere and I have a great regime of exercises to start!
