circumstances beyond my control and all that. Plan to get up and run in the morning though… I enjoyed it on Wednesday, though my ankles and calves feel a bit stiff. I will run in the opposite direction tomorrow. See a new 8kms so I don’t get bored :-)
The only thing that will save me from chocolate is exercise…

Feeling thinner and fitter… however I did write myself off last night in terms of tiredness and a little red wine consumed in a kind of pub/club crawl (Molly Malones, Ed Moses, P1, Padres and then Lamms) with a nice bunch of girls till after 5 this morning.
Otherwise I have not been overeating and moving heaps (dancing and fidgeting…..). Need to keep it up and not backslide.
Gym tonight? and run tomorrow? Clubbing tonight? Don’t know where the day will take me in terms of action and movement. Friends coming around to chat this arvo is all I know so far…. its sunny and warm in my heart as well as outside….
Woke up lighter again this morning after a huge gym workout last night. Have changed my mind yet again and decided I am going to work out everyday this week in an effort to shake the blahs away. This means 4 x running as planned and 3 x the gym.

I want a sub 65 weight for running however combined with muscle build up I am giving this a long objective time to next June for that second 5 kilos.
More than enough time but I have to start now. I have been pfaffing around too long!
My original goal was Oct 8, which is 48 days away. I am going to count down the days now, every day so I don’t lose motivation.

Plan- to go for a long run, BUT I have a bad cold, or at least it feels like it at 7am in the morning, so am not sure what I will end up feeling like this afternoon…..
Also plan to not eat any dairy products or bread products- just two things!!!
Update- went for my run YAY! but I ate a brezel with butter today, oh well…. better luck tomorrow!
