On my fifth or sixth day when something messes me up. Yesterday, I went out with my friend and we ate at Wendy’s. I ate a burger and fries.

Do you think I gained anything? I certainly hope I didn’t.

Today, I think I’m starting out on a good note. I ate some chicken soup with rice (only 80 calories) for lunch and for dinner, I’m going to eat chicken enchiladas with rice from Weight Watchers (310 calories).

So that’s only 390 calories. No sweat.

I ate French onion Sun Chips and drank a diet iced tea with lemon for lunch= 210 calories

Then, for dinner, I’m eating Weight Wathcers spicy chicken and rice.

Lunch: bag of sun chips (210)
Dinner: Weight Watchers Spanish rice and beans (310)
Total: 520

I jogged for a half an hour, walked about 5 miles today, and did 100 sit-ups too.

Pie for dessert 2 years ago

I ate a tiny sliver of pie for dessert, but I don’t think that I really hurt anything. It was possibly only about 200 calories.

But I did 250 sit-ups just in case it did.

All I had today was grapefruit juice and some shrimp and pasta Weight Watchers.

And that’s all I ate today with a glass of grapefruit juice for dinner. I bought 6 boxes, enough to feed me for a week.

Weight watchers (260 calories)+grapefruit juice (120 calories)= 380 calories was all I had today.

I only have 19 days to lose as much weight as possible.

We had pizza today, but I only ate two and a half slices. That’s only half of what I usually eat.

Other than that, I didn’t eat that much. I drank a lot of grapefruit juice and ate some cottage cheese. For dessert, I had canteloupe. I drank a weight loss shake for breakfast.

Couldn’t hurt anything that bad, but with my wacky metabolism, I really shouldn’t get my hopes up. I still need to work off that pizza I had for dinner, so I think I’m gonna work out for a bit cause there’s nothing else better to do. And starting after midnight, I don’t think I’m going to eat anything else until Sunday afternoon, WHEN I WILL EAT IN MODERATION (under about 1000 calories for me).

Might as well 2 years ago

Today I don’t think that I did bad at all. I drank a can of Slim Fast in the morning. I didn’t eat lunch. I drank a carton of diet iced tea with lemon instead. For dinner, I ate a small chipped ham sandwich with a little bit of mayo on it. I don’t think that I exceeded 500 calories today, especially after I walked about a mile.

I want to keep this up for tomorrow. Tomorrow is fast food day. I think that all I’m going to eat is half of my dinner and then save the rest for later because I don’t want to go over 500 calories.

I can’t stop playing with my face fat. I feel like a sharpei. Not very pretty.

Well, I’ll be back tomorrow with yet another big, long entry like this one. Hopefully, I’ll do alright.
