Today I weighed/Measured at Curves…and by their records, I’ve lost another 3 lbs, and I’ve lost a half an inch on each: my thighs, on my stomach, hips, arms, bust… That makes a total of 10 lbs per my scale!! YES!
I really worked out hard today…and came home and did like 3 hours worth of digging, raking, mulching—heavy duty gardening. I’m sore but feeling good!
Mr. Hottie (hubby) and I both are following weight watchers’ points system. Now that he’s on it too, it makes it easier to stick to! :-)

I’ve lost 5 lbs so far, according to Curves. My scale (brand new and digital) says 9 lbs. Of course, I weigh at home very early, before eating/drinking and with no clothes on lol. By the time I’ve gone to Curves and weighed, I’ve had something to eat, 2 bottles of water and it’s like 10am. The trainer said too, if you work out and then weigh afterward—the muscles hold water and you’ll weigh more right after a workout.
Anyway, despite some recent set backs (had knee pain the last 2 weeks and wore a brace…and recent travel) I am doing pretty good—at least still on the losing side and still going!
