Bring on the salads, fruit and veggies! I’ve started portioning food at night and at lunch, limiting meats and carbs, going heavy on greens and other veggies. It’s helping! Hubby has lost almost 10 lbs and I’ve lost enough that he says my butt looks smaller. Yay! It really wasn’t that big of a challenge, either. Eating better a little at a time is keeping us from failing and we are almost to the point that it is a constant thing. I will have to say that we do cheat one day a week and I will occasionally sneak chocolate. Sshh!!
