I just did 50 minutes of cardio today!
I have to watch what I eat now and I love food. I’ve been lucky to have good genes but my body isn’t as resilient anymore. I have to learn to like cardio if I still want to eat pasta. It’s important to me to develop good exercise and eating habits so that staying in shape becomes part of my way of life. I hate cardio though.
