There was a period of about 3 months where I fasted for an entire day (around 36 hours) once a week, every week. I felt good, and I also felt such control over my life.
My method: eat a regular sized dinner the night before (smaller is healthier when it comes to dinner), drink nothing but water and healthy juice until the next full day has past, then eat a regular sized breakfast the morning of the next day (bigger is healthier when it comes to breakfast).
You gotta love the breakfast and “break fast” relationship. I recommend it to all.
