They have weekly workshops and a retirement scheduled for July 1st. I can’t go but i went to the workshop and it’s really worth it. They are the only two lama monks in Argentina i think.

Lama buddhists (and i think all the buddhists) practice whate they call “shiné” or “mental calm”. I went to a dharma center to do this with a Lama and I have to tell you that was good.
Shiné consists of seating in lotus position, semi-close your eyes and try to calm your mind and breathing during at least half an hour. Thoughts and images will come to your mind and you have to let them go, not to fight them, not to focus on them, just let them go.
It’s worth the try, but it’s much better if you can get some guidance the first few times.
