So a few weeks ago, I find myself in a New Balance store learning about how my feet work. $150.00 later, I am the proud new owner of fancy running shoes, socks, and some support thing for my feet. Next day I’m out on the track at college running. Actually I was sweating, then running. So week two into it, I’m running up and down hills in my neighborhood, going for miles, and really feeling great. Total runners high… but I have bum knees. I’m going to give it a try again today. My knees were sore this morning, but what the heck. What’s the worse that will happen, they’ll hurt tomorrow morning?
