I’ve made another major step towards improvement. I went to a physiotherapist again, and made appointments to start some physiofitness, which is doing specific exercises under supervision to improve my back muscles.
Additionally, I’ve gotten exercises to do at home, which is going to be the hardest challenge. Doing boring, time-consuming back exercises every day… every day.
Made an appointment with my physiotherapist!!! I’m not looking forward to it though. She’ll probably comment me on not practicing during my holidays and I’ll get some exercises, not only for during the session, but for back home as well…
Oh well… One time in my life I should start realizing it is a serious and chronic problem I have.

I reallly need to call my physiotherapist again, or consult my physician, cause not only my lower back, but high up is very strainfull at the moment as well :(
